I earned a bachelors degree in 2004 from Fort Valley State University in early childhood education, and a masters of education degree in instructional technology in 2017 from Georgia Southern University (3.8 GPA) with an endorsement in online teaching. My masters degree and endorsement were earned 100% online, so I am well-versed in online learning.

I am a former Sylvan Learning Center tutor turned teacher. I am currently a Georgia certified elementary school educator with 8 years public school teaching experience. I excel in writing and reading and help my students to do the same. I tutor and teach because I love seeing people progress and knowing that I had a hand in that. I am also very tech savvy; an asset to anyone wanting to learn how to create online presentations, learn to blog, or learn how to use Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
